LBX officially broke ground for the new facility during a Groundbreaking Ceremony held September 23, 2005.
The LBX office building is a two-story structure with approximately 26,000 sq. ft. The office building houses all of the functional activities of the company except for field operations.
The LBX dealer sales and service training area is approximately 7,500 sq. ft. in size and includes a two-story area of 1,440 sq. ft. per floor. The two-story area is used for both the LBX Company Distribution Center functions (storage and distribution of company literature as well as mailing services for LBX) and the LBX Company Training Center. The remainder of the building is used to provide staging of equipment for sales and service training, engineering testing and limited equipment teardown.
An outdoor area behind the customer service/training building is used as a demonstration area for LBX Company's line of Link-Belt earthmoving, forestry and material handling equipment.
