The right parts are available for you when you need them, and we work in tandem with our partners to ensure parts availability. And through our eBusiness sytem, parts can be ordered 24-hours a day, 365-days a year from the LBX Parts Distribution Center, centrally located in Lexington, KY. ReMan The LBX ReMan program provides remanufactured parts for Q series, LX and X2 series models at significant savings. These components are remanufactured to original OEM specifications and tested to ensure exacting performance. Benefits include: Extended warranty period - one year or 1,800 hours when installed by an authorized LBX dealer; reduced machine downtime; decreased owning and operating costs; and all ReMan exchange components are in stock. Addiontional ReMan Information Fluid Analysis The LBX Fluid Analysis Program, a preventive maintenance tool, can identify minor problems before they become major failures. Use of this program extends oil drain intervals; extends equipment life; maximizes asset reliability; and increases resale value. Isuzu Engine Support LBX offers full training and parts support for Isuzu engines, ensuring these fuel-efficient and reliable engines work to maximum efficiency for long-life productivity. Warranty The Link-Belt excavator warranty is one of the best in the industry. New Link-Belt excavators are covered by a 1-year/1,800 hour full machine warranty and 2-year/3,000 engine warranty. In addition to that, the standard 3-year/10,000 hour XtraStructure warranty covers the arm, boom, rotating joint, car body, engine frame, main frame, side frame, swing frame, turntable bearing, and track frame. XtraCare extended warranty plans include engine coverage and are available for the full machine, power train or powertrain plus hydraulics.
